GENERAL INFORMATION

Minimum Order: $300.00 per order.
Minimum Order Quantities: 24 pieces of each style, per karat, and color for all initials.

Pricing: To protect our customers, we will provide a price list upon proper identification of the customer. Please call for details.

Payment and Credit Terms: Any account with a #1 rating in the Jewelers Board of Trade will receive an open account. All others must supply three trade references and the name and account number of their bank. To those accounts acceptable to our credit committee, we offer the privilege of 30 day payment from the date of shipment. Payments received after that date are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. Invoices not paid by the 45th day will result in a permanent loss of credit privileges and notification to proper credit agencies.

Modern Settings does not memo product.

Shipping: All goods are shipped at the customer’s request via: USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX overnight, or 2nd day air, UPS overnight, 2nd day air, or ground. Goods are F.O.B. factory. All shipments will be sent insured unless we are notified otherwise.

Return Policy:

• We stand by our work. Any defected items can be replaced.
• 15% restocking fee for non-defected returns—minus labor charges.

Metal Pricing: All goods are priced at the date of order received, unless you request otherwise. Our pricing is based on the “2nd London” fix.
